JAMES BULGER case, the site jamesbulger.org was shut down earlier this year, formerly run by his mother Denise Fergus from the UK. His father was Ralph Bulger, Denise's ex-husband, both of whom were in extreme distress at that time. And his mother has been in the UK news and elsewhere regarding her son, and for various reasons.
There are other sites with web pages and wonderful write-ups dedicated to him. I don't have an update at this time, but might add more at a later date. This crime case, James Bulger a 2 year old who was brutally murdered by 2 ten year olds maybe in 1993. Their family lives were troubled, and one of the parents kept movies around of horror stories, some of which they might have viewed. The Child's Play 3 movie was around the household not long before this murder was committed, and some believe this was a contributing factor. They were released around June of 2001 by Britain's courts, and given unknown identities, whereabouts unknown except to the courts.
James' mother Denise continued to fight for his rights, and to have them returned to jail to pay for the crime for a longer time period. There have been follow-up articles on the internet up to this year, 2007. They were released after about 8 years, but the family felt it should have been more like 15. There are write-ups on the 2 young men, and it sounds like they were troubled for years about what they had done, showing remorse and regrets, and had some therapy.
